1. Geneva

When’s the best time to visit Switzerland?

April to October is typically the best time to visit on a Switzerland tour from Dubai, with the weather much warmer – and if you visit in the spring, you’ll get to watch the flowers bloom. However, if you’re visiting Switzerland on a skiing or snowboarding trip, then visit from December to March, when the Alps have lots of snow.

What’s the weather like in Switzerland?

Switzerland has four clear seasons: spring is when the flowers bloom, with temperatures rising to between 8-15 degrees Celsius during the day, and dropping down at night. Temperatures then soar to between 25-30 degrees Celsius during the summer months, although it’s more likely to rain then, too.

Autumn brings ripened fruit and orange leaves, with temperatures dipping to a crisp 8-15 degrees once more; with winter bringing plenty of fresh snow, and temperatures as low as -7 degrees Celsius.
