Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

Important Information

  • A valid ID needs to be provided upon check-in.
  • For all the experiences, it is a pre-requisite to be a confident swimmer
  • It is recommended to avoid all alcohol or non-prescription drugs at least 24 hours before diving
  • It is mandatory to complete the Deep Dive Dubai liability release and medical form. Medical Liability form: https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/60e485f90128a/web
  • If any person has medical issues, please provide approval from a doctor before the diving activity
  • Liability form (for snorkeling experience): https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/w/60ca3fff38993/web
  • Please arrive at least 15 min before the start time of your experience
  • We do recommend persons over 50 get a doctor’s approval
  • Anyone less than 18 years of age, should be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian on the day of the dive.
  • Outside equipment is not allowed in Deep Dive Dubai
  • The permitted items include a mask, breathing regulator, gauges (computer or watch), fins and cameras. 
  • The items that are forbidden include diving cylinders, buoyancy compensators (BCs), wet/dry suits, and diving booties.
  • After any dive, it is recommended to wait 18-24 hours before ascending higher than 300 meters/1000 feet
  • Deep Dive Dubai booking is valid as per the booked date and time only

  • In case Tours or Tickets cancelled after Booking 100 % charges will be applicable.
Child Policy
  • Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 10 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
