Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

  7. In case you miss our shuttle from Dubai Mall, kindly reach to you location on your own

Important Information

  • A passport or Emirates ID is mandatory to be produced at the Entrance for Identification purposes.
  • All passengers must wear life jackets and remain seated for the entire trip.
  • Pregnant women, Heart Patients or people suffering from backache are strictly not recommended for the Tour.
  • Alcoholic beverage not allowed on the boat.
  • Guests are allowed to carry outside food (only snacks) on their own expenses. 
  • Pets not allowed.
  • The boat has a maximum capacity of six guests (either adults or children).
  • The service provider holds no responsibility if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult through out the tour.
  • All passengers should arrive at the Operation Location no less than 15 minutes prior to the trip time.
  • If trips are rescheduled, a new date must be decided within 60 days from the original booking date.
  • The last trip starts at 11:15 PM.

Cancellation Policy
  • All Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
  • If Cancellation made within 72 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
  • If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Child up to 6 years of age is complementary Sharing the same seat with the Parents on SIC.
    • IF extra seat is required for child, then child prices will apply.
