Tour guide tickets are extended to DTCM licensed guides only. One Tour Guide ticket with every 20 paying guests.

Important Information

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our Sharing Shuttle from Airport Terminals
  2. Select the time slot after due consideration of Immigration and Lugagge time required upon arrival, For eg. If your flight arrival time is 3.00 pm, it will take approximately One and Half hour to clear immigration and Luggage in such cases, the time slot to be selected is 5.00 pm
  3. By chance if you miss the pick up as per your selected slot, you will be accomodated in next available slot, In case you do not want to wait please ask us to arrange private transfers with an additional charges

  1. Above mentioned time slot are the departure time of our PrivateTransfer from Airport Terminals, You can also request to tailor made Private Transfer Timing
  2. Our Private Transfer includes 45 minutes waiting time from the selected time slot. If your slot time is 4.00 pm the vehicle will wait till 4.45 pm, If the guest fails to report within the time then this transfer will be considered as No Show

Important Information

  • Pick-up will be done from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
  • Please arrive 30 mins before the chosen time.
  • Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you during the activity
  • Drivers must be at least 14 years old, 140 cm tall and weight less than 120 kg.
  • Please wear enclosed footwear.
  • Please wear racing suits over their clothes with loose clothing tucked inside.
  • Please participate in the safety briefing prior to driving.
  • Any participant driving dangerously will be removed from the race and no refund will be made.
  • Drivers are responsible for and agree to pay for any damage to karts and equipment.
  • Glass containers or bottles are not allowed on the circuit.
  • Food and drinks are not allowed once participants enter the turnstiles.
  • There will be no refund for partly utilized services and in case if the guest doesn’t show up at the start time mentioned in the tour itinerary, the service provider reserves the right to charge 100% no-show fee.
  • Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services
  • Please check the operational timing on the official website to avoid any consciences

Cancellation Policy
  • For all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable. 
  • If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
  • If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned back to you within 7 working days.
    Child Policy
    • Children under 14 years & below 1.4 meters height will be considered as infant and not allowed.
    • Children age atleast 14 years & 1.4 meters height will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
